I have had my box soft modded for over a year now, and i had a friend help me do it so I forget a lot of it.
Was working fine.
Then tonight I put in the Disk 2 of Jade Empire so I could get the limited edition Monk - this is my retail copy.
And it updated "xbox Live" without asking.
Now when i try to copy the audio CD to start the mod-bios it just tells me that i have too many albums.
How do I get it back?
If I remember right we used the 007 audio soft mod.

Does the xbox still function as a xbox normally?
If so it`s obviously time to upgrade to SID (Softmod Installer Deluxe)
yea, audio exploits are so 2003 if the Xbox still functions, get SID

Agreed. And with SID3, when installed properly, you won't even have to worry about the clock resetting on you. And you can backup your BIOS, make an XBOXHDM DVD per the instructions, and you can upgrade the HDD as long as the new one can lock (see this post if you already have a HDD you want to use). _________________ XBOX V 1.0 (softmod)

Xbox still works fine. plays games and DVD's fine, just not backups and can not get into the Evox.
Whats this SID3?
Yeah i actualy did the soft mod back in 03 and worked great untill last when that expansion disk for jade empire update me without asking. lol
