A guy at work told me he heard there was already a mod for the 360. Can anybody confirm?

I would also agree that it is very unlikely that there is already a mod for the 360. I remember a news topic on hq awhile ago about SmartXXX getting their hands on a system so I would believe that the first chip for it would probably come from them. _________________ XBOX v1.6c

BTW it was just a pic of the system with a sticker on it and an OPX chip laying in front of it.
SmartXX had a dev kit (i think) but either way there has been many hardware changes since those pics were posted, not to mention the additonal layers of security that were embedded into the hardware. _________________ LED Rings $6 (doesnt include LEDs) LED ring pic

I doubt that very much.. lol.. No unless your thinking 6 much isnt long.. hehehe. I remember the original xbox.. DEVKITs were out for months and month before the first RETAIL XBOX was even released..
Then it took another 5 months or so before the first crap chip was made.

there is a lot larger modding community now than there was... however many years its been out now.... aswell as much of the technology gained through the years for the most part won't have to be re-invented, but then again i won't say i really know what i'm talking about
