I like themplate 2 it looks really good. I dont know if this is happening to anyone else but when i click on the template 4 link it says that the template has been removed or somethin like that.

then maybe to help out in a smaller way... i'll make you a nice logo.. one question though.. looking at the top of your website, i'm a little lazy to go searching code to find out myself. But where it says Xbox-HQ.com and then has that little rounded metal thing, is that all one header as a background and all the little buttons coded in on top of it, or is it all one image sliced?
What i'm asking, if I made a new header, Would I just replace the Xbox-HQ.com and the metal thing or would I have to design new buttons and everything too?
I'll send you the PSD file of whatever I come with if you like it enough.

I like 2 ... it has a HeadQuarters feel to it. Maybe add sound of those cool sound effects liek soem of the others.

I like 6 because of the look and simpleness. Its to the point, so people (especially me) dont have to spend a hour trying to find the downloads section. (That was for other sites, i was trying to find a downloads section, and i spent about an hour trying to find it. Maybe thats why i never visited there again ) And, it has the cool "xbox colors," black, green, etc.

in my oppinion..
a site should not be cluttered.
it should be eyepleasing.
it should have a smooth flow design.
It should not have too much Flash involved causing some of your users to lag.
If music is to be played please allow volume control, stop function, several genres as well.
It should also have Easy to find, easy to access, and easy navigational uses.
Keep it tidy but not too boring. keep it interesting.
mix 1, 3, and 5 together....to make a number 7 idea....
