I am trying to install a new Segate 80g hard drive, model ST380011A. I have x.b.i.t. chip running the m8 bios. So I pop the AID 2.0 disk into the drive and boot the box. All is good so far the xbox-hq logo shows up, then the "Auto-Installer Deluxe 2" image comes on the screen. Next the "Unleash X" screen. Then for a short 2 seconds or so the AID menu shows up. Here is the weird part, now it goes right back to the first screen and keeps going in this enless loop until I turn my xbox off.

Anyone have any clue what to do?
Any help is very much appreciated!

Might have been the DVD didn't burn properly or something like that.

Anyways, I just released AID 2.1 Final today anyways so you should grab that now.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the disk because it worked fine withe the stock hard drive. Anyways, I dled slayers 2.6 and that worked great so I guess problem solved.
