yep it will works, no worries, i did mine using a PAL classics Splinter Cell, worked perfectly, good luck with it. and just remeber to choose the "backup MS" option first before you install the softmod, just in case you have any problems you can rwtore it back to retail, just thought i'd tell you cause alot of people seem to forget to do it.

no worries mate, cool another Aussie on our forums, great! Very Happy.

when you boot up the SID it will come up as a menu with many options, there is one that says "Create MS backup" so select that first, then "Install softmod" then choose to install either Evox or Unleashx.

Good Luck with it mate, hope it all goes well Smile
if you need any more help, feel free to ask, were all happy to help here Very Happy

yes that would be a very good idea, cause ive come across so many people that forget to do it!! and it makes it harder for them expacially if they want to use their softmodded xbox on XBL cause you need it

well, i was expecting to install avalaunch... I have the Aid 2.0 and 2.02 downloaded, and ready to go... (still waiting for my Femal A to controller).

So do I NEED to install a dash from the SId, or can i install all my dashs from AID once i have installed the softmod?

Confused ... you can install avalaunch as a dashboard, just install the softmod and may as well put a dash on from the SID, just in case.
run AID. Select Softmod Section, then "Install NKpatcher + MS dash", choose softmod section again, then dashboards, then select Avalaunch
