Hello all,
I softmodded my Xbox (1.5) a few months ago using the auto-installer deluxe - works fine without any problems with the Evolution dashboard thingy.
However I am looking into replacing the hard drive. Everything I've read says I need a backup of the epprom and MS dashboard. I have a folder on the E: drive called backup and it appears to be the MS dashboard - would this be the epprom to? I've read it suppose to be at c:\backup but I have no such folder.
Any suggestions as to what application I should use to backup the epprom? I can find no application within the dashboard to do this.
Also - is is possible to re-format the E: and F: drives into one E: drive with 6GB of space as oppose to 4GB and 2GB respectivly? (I'm trying to run Jade Empire from the hard disk - its to big!)
thanks,

Get a bigger hd, truly.
For the eeprom use ConfigMagic
* You can see all content of your EEPROM
* You can update your Xbox EEPROM in one of three ways
-Using a valid EEPROM.BIN file
-You can "build" a new eeprom image from a configuration file
-Edit your current, loaded (.bin) or built (.cfg) eeprom data "On-The-Fly"
* You Can Lock and Unlock your HDD with the password created from your XBOX EEPROM
* You can create backup of your current eeprom, HDD password and various other settings.
* Security features will not allow a "bad" eeprom update, or update eeprom if HDD is still locked.. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th
