I'm at the point when I installed UXE and Then Linux booted up then I turned my xbox off and turned back on. Know I'm in the UnleasedX screen and I dont know what to do know. I dont know what FTP is or what I have to do with FTP. And I dont know what to do with my dashboard and make a backup of a certin file to burn to a Disk
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

This is the way i softmod my xboxs i recieve.
I first take my micrsoft memory card and load the mech assualt game save hack.I then copy it to my xbox hard drive and then i stick in mechassualt and go to campaigns and select run linux.I then back up my ms dash dashboard using my aid 2.0 disc.Then i create my soft mod and me personally i always use evox as my dasshboard and then i back up my softmod that i just made as well.Then i install evox restart my xbox take the aid disc out after ive installed all the apps i need and emu's.Then i proceed to going into my xbox settings and i set up my ip address for my xbox.
I set my pc ip to 192.168.0.1 under tcip/p settings in the network connections box.The subnet mask usually always fills in the correct numbers i need as well.
I then procced to making my xbox ip address.My xbox ip is 192.168.0.2
I then go into flashfxp and go to quick connect and type in my xbox ip settings which is 192.168.0.2 and the user name and password is always
xbox.Theport#is 21.
Well so thats how i do mine please let me know if this understandable>

Where do I get a aid 2.0 disc and where do I get a evox dashboard. and how do you back up the dashboard. I still am completely lost what to do to sucessfuly install my softmod. All I still know is to load my 007 AUF Game save and go to load mission Then I get some Ltools screen. Then I install UXE and Then I am lost

you can download aid from this website by becoming a VIP member (donate to become one). sounds like your using a Ltools softmod installer. You should get Softmod Installer Deluxe which is also made by this website, which has a gamesave for 007, it also has the Evox dashboard and UnleashX. This installer is alot easier to use
