Posted: Mon May 30, 2005 9:45 pm Post subject: How Do I Get My Ms Dash Back On My Xbox And Xbox Live
Well first of all my xbox live say trouble shooter and goes bac 2 the softmod page and i cant get the ms dash working it gives me error 21 when i try 2 click on ms dash.
I have the SID 3 UnleashX on my box and i want it off with my ms dash perfectly normal.
HELP!

WHen you installed SID 3, did you use AID 2 afterwards to load on the MS dash?

Do this to clean your C Drive and go back to stock MS Dash.
1) Insert the AID2 CD / DVD into your Xbox and let it boot with it. If you haven't burned the DVD yet you'll have to do so.
2) Go to the format / prepare menu and format C
3) Go to Install Dashbaords then Install MS Dash.
Now your softmod is gone.

so if i dont even have a normal dash this will still work right cuz my friend deleted hiz ms dash and hiz mod dash ???
cuz i was thinkin since it is a dvd it will work like a cd cuz he can only play cds>

If the whole MS Dash was deleted before you get the chance to boot the AID 2 disc, you wn't be able to boot it, as it requires the box to atleast be softmodded in order to work.

I was having probs with my softmod. So I booted to the AID 2.0 disk and formated c and e then reinsatlled the ms dash. After I did that with out shutting down xbox i installed the evox 3935 dash, then xbmc, then the pbl and rebooted with out disk in. will everything work like that ok?
