Ok,
So I decided to take the plunge & uninstall Itools. These are the exact steps I took to install AID2:
1. Backed up my C: drive
2. Uninstalled the Ltools 1.75 UDE2 Package (PBL Meeto, M8 Bios)
3. Rebooted and confirmed MSDash came up ok.
4. Deleted the AUFBOND save game I had for Itools
5. Copied over the new AUF savegame for AID2
6. Ran 007 and launched the exploit.
7. Formatted E: and G: (formatted e: just to clean things up & G: was not formatted originally so I figured I'd get my extra 20gb out of my 160GB HD)
7. Installed the NKPatcher & MsDash softmod, then rebooted & installed the UnleashX dashboard for the softmod along with XBMC (to G: drive)
So the Xbox boots up just fine into UnleashX, but the weird thing is that the file manager in both AID2 & UnleashX don't see ANY of the data on F: , yet they both state that only 37GB is left on my F :drive. Was there some kind of corruption to my f: partition that could have caused this?
Any ideas?

Looking through your steps you formatted E and G, how come not F?
This might be your problem right here...
Also, the way that NKpatcher is set up is it will take about 137gb for F Drive, then put the rest on G.

Because I had a lot of data on F: which I didn't want to backup & restore. I figured I could just use AID2 to simply reformat the others and start fresh sorta speak. Initially I thought the M8BIOS in Itools was configured correctly for LB848, but it was not. Anyway, once I reverted back to ltools everything was fine (although I still didn't have my additional 20GB of space on F) so I figured it must have something to do with my BIOS settings. My box is TSOP'd, so I just went ahead and used EVTOOL to change LBA48 support to put all remaining space on F:. Then I flashed the BIOS and got rid of my softmod altogether since I don't play on LIVE anymore and have no use for switching between a modded/original state. Now everything is showing up ok and I have the additional space on F: as well.
AID2 came in handy for re-instlaling my APPS & Dashboards. It's a very cool tool. Thanks
