One thing for me when I changed my hard drive everything seemed to be O.K but when I tried to play certain games (about 75% of games i tried) it would just freeze up. It would play the demo fine but once I hit start she froze. Even with games off the HDD. I did a complete format and installed M$ dash with AID 1 and everything works great.
