i have managed to get everything done with mod'n my box, version 1.4,x3 3108 , i saved my og hdd files on my pc via flashfxp ftp. now i want to put new larger WD25000jb hard drive, i beleive my next step is to take out old hdd and put new hdd then ftp my og hdd files in to my new 250gig hd. the other thing i would like to do after this is to put auto installer 2.0 but downloading seems to take forever. my ? is is there a faster easier way to get this file and install. due to unfortunate circumstances i do not have dsl and forced to use dial-up. i got it in bit file from xbins but even that says it will take something like a couple of days to get sorted out i am using abc for the bit file. m kids are dying for me to get this xbox back up and running. please advise.

go back in time and start downloading AID on Saturday, it might be done by today. i think BCossette sells 'em with proceeds split between himself, DJB, and Xbox-Hq
edit: did you try the http download to see how fast ya get off there? u should also invest in cable iinternet. it roxxors
