Hi guys,
If anyone has wap on their mobile could you please surf to http://wap.xbox-hq.com and see if it works.. My mobile is playin up at the mo but will test as soon as i get a chance..
You should now be able to surf xbox-hq.com perfectly from your mobile phone or palm pilot..
hey thats really sweet man, i would test if i had wap set up on my phone, does anyone know if Virgin do it?

Yes it's an old string.
I tried earlier today to surf HQ using my WAP phone and although I can get to the main page, it reads more like what I would get if I did a google search. Can't get in to the forums at all. I can surf to links for some of the merchants. Did this part of the upgrades kind of die or am I doing something wrong? I simply URL'd to www.xbox-hq.com.
Can't log in either although I can see the log in link. When I hit it, it's back to reading the google search stuff again. doh........

I have a Treo 650 and I go in all the time. It gives me something to do at my meetings. I've also tried it from my Sony S710a and it works as well.
It takes awhile to load but it works. Just be patient, it actually scrolls on my Treo just like it does on this page. Pretty f'n cool. Now I'm xbox-hq mobile..heh, heh!! _________________

I haven't tried today, but it sure didn't want to even let me read the forums to see who might be dissin' me.
Honestly, I will try it again this weekend but perhaps it's not going to work with Cingular and it might with those computer type phones but not a standard WAP enabled phone? Hell what do I know. I hack Xboxes and DTIVO's as a hobby. I don't hack cells.

Watch it Shark2th, I work for Cingular. It should work, both my phones have the Cingular WAP and works just fine. It might just be a setting. _________________
