I had a buddy bring a bunch of his friends over that are all into softmods but dont know crap about chips & LEDs. Anyway, I proceeded to show them a few boxes I had in my office/shop, and then went back to games & the nude girl on my evox....
Today I go to install a new 250GB & cant find my Auto Installer! Yesterday it was right on my desk with a SmartXX chip & a bag of 1000 LEDs, but someone takes the free software. Still pisses me off! I would have made a copy for free, but now I dont want any of those shmucks around again!

It'll work, but if they aren't careful, they'll totally mess up their xboxes hehe.
One example of messing it up:
Unlock hard drive, format retail drive, power off. HAHA no more xbox. _________________

I have had a few chips walk out of my shop....it blows, but not much you can do about it. I run a couple web cams now that record based on movement so if I leave the immediate room and someone goes to where I store chips and stuff it automatically starts to record them.
Then I just play back my files if I find something missing and I know who did it. I already got to call one group of people back and tell them that I know they stole some chips. Oh man, they played off so offedned. I asked them for their email address and emailed them a link so they could stream the recording I had. In the email I told them since they want to deny taking, and I have video of them taking, that they can just answer to the PA State Police.
The next moring the chips were in my mail box with an apology.

I think he tried to use it...lol I told my buddy not to mention it to anyone since it wasnt a monetary loss. He did tell me yesterday that his friend asked him how to fix his box, he said it flashes green & red.
