I found it with the XDK Software, so I'm guessing it's a part of that.

I got the XDK Recovery ISO when I downloaded the XDK Package from Overnet. Really you'd think it would included in the software Microsoft gives you. If not, you might have to bite the bullet and mail trade with me

I wouldn't be able to help you out one bit, you're the closest to actually getting all this working now I guess...
The Red/Green possibly sounds like it's waiting for something b4 it boots obviously, have you hooked it all up to your PC etc. ?? That's about all I can think of...
