Hi!!!. My problem is:
My xbox is disturbed, because i'm changed the language, from spanish to english, and restart the xbox, and this is "paused" or blocked the logo Micosoft, and i can't play games, evox, and nothing.
i was try unlock the hard disk (unlockX and this soft, take my hdd password), but is impossible, because i don't know my password. Exist one software, crack my hdd from my pc? or one soft give me my hdd pass??
I want conect the hdd on my pc (HD fatXbox Explorer), and add files, and delete, i want reestablish or "repair" the xbox. (copy the`Original backup)..
and ....HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! one tutorial, tips. anything.!!!

La historia, el caso que instalaron el EVOX a un xbox, el dash original de Microsost estaba en español. pero lo cambie a ingles, al momento de reiniciar el xbox, simplemente se quedo en el logo de microoosof. no arranca juegos directos o BOOT, nose que hacer, ya intente cambiarle de disco duro al xbox, conectar un xbox con un disco duro que si servia el evox, quite disco duro del xbox y conecte el disco duro mio (descompuesto) conecte a ftp y no pude borrar cosas ni copiar, intente "Unlock" el disco duro (UnlockX) sè el disco duro, lo intente, pero el software me pide mi password.
solo quiero preguntar si existe algun software, que me pueda dar mi password desde la pc, para desbloquearlo y conectarlo en mi pc (HD fatXbox Explorer) poder copair mi respaldo original (backup), es todo lo que pido ,, AYUDAAAAAAAAAA, Tutoriales, tips, lo que seaa...

Hi,
You will need to boot a XBOX PROGRAM (application) called 'CONFIG MAGIC'. It can unlock your hdd for you!
Just load CONFIG MAGIC on your xbox and choose 'Unlock HDD'.
It will let you know when it has finished.

ok, but i can't use my xbox, this is the problem, no starting "normal" is blocked or paused the intro (microzoft) and i haven't the HDD-password, another option?,. i need help.

la cosa esta en que el programa que me dio este webmaster o vip miembro, debe arrancar desde el Xbox, pero ese es el problema, que no puedo hacerlo arrancar normalmentye. no corre juegos originales ni backup's que puedo hacer? para solamente desbloquearlo, es todo lo que necesito hacer. no tengo el password del xbox,

if you have a modchip fitter you should be able to boot a AUTOINSTALLER and reformat your xbox.. Once its reformatted using say the XBOX-HQ AUTO INSTALLER deluxe you shouuld be fine.
Try this if you have a modchip:
1. Download the XBOX HQ Auto Installer Deluxe v1.0 and burn to a CDRW/DVD-R using nero or dvddecrypter.. (iso burning programs)
2. Now boot the AIDeluxe v1.01 in your xbox with the modchip activated
3. A menu will come up on your xbox screen
4. Choose 'FORMAT PARITION' etc etc and other onscreen prompts
5. After formatting you want to select 'INSTALL DASHBOARDS'
6. then choose 'INSTALL M$ Dashboard'..
7. When its finished reboot your xbox and see if it work. Dont forget to remove the DVD-R/CDRW from the xbox DVDROM drive too.

5. Después de que ajuste a formato usted desee seleccionar ' INSTALE LOS TABLEROS DE INSTRUMENTOS
6. entonces eligen ' INSTALAN el tablero de instrumentos de M$ '..
7. Cuando su reboot acabado su xbox y considera si él trabajo. No se olvide de quitar el Dvd-r/cdrw de la impulsión del xbox DVDROM también.
something else I found about unlocking and locking the hard drive that you might want to note.no matter what I tried I could not get the old auto installer or the new one to unlock my hard drive to nake any kind of update.
what I did get to work is something I tried just for the hell of it and it worked.I threw in a copy of slayers evox 2.5 that I had on disc and all of a sudden I was able to unlock and lock my hard drive.
let me say that I have the hq auto installer on my xbox not slayers and I didnt load slayers back on the system.apparently there may be a problem with the auto installer as far as locking and unlocking drives that slayers doesnt have.at least this is what I have found.
You cant do much of anything to your drive unless you get it unlocked so maybe you might want to try downloading slayers to see if it can help you.
i like hq`s installer better and it would be great if they look into it to fix the problem on the auto installer if they havent already

Thanks for the reply robjets and letting us know about the bug you think that may be in the AI.
I have personally never had a problem unlocking or locking drives with AID 1.01!??!?! I have done 4 machines in the last 2 weeks or so too.

In this case I'd suggest using ConfigMagic Final which is included in the Auto-Installer's menu (meaning you don't need to install it as an app first).
The evox lock / unlock feature has worked for me lots of times, but I did put ConfigMagic in there just in case.
BTW, slayers would be locking / unlocking the drive the same way as I do with my evox portion of the installer.

Ok. i was try but, the xbox no booting from DVD-Rom(no run cd-rw and dvd, and hdd)
I think i need one tool or programs, cracks from pc to xbox hdd, i don't know, something? some tools? some programs?, i need something, my xbox is shock.
