I have an old aladdin Advance live modchip with programmer. I flashed it with the M8_06_offical.bin bios. I have a v1.0 xbox. I need help with installing this chip. I have the DO soldered from the chip to the board but do I need to solder bt, L1, L2.

The chip powers on but doesnt boot its bios. The regualar MS bios boots.

The M8_06_offical.bin bios is for 1.6 version. You need either the other M8 or another bios dude. I have a 1.0 too. Look to my sig for the bios I use. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

Ok i reflashed it but it still boots to the MS BIOS so do i have to solder BT, L1, L2 I'm not sure because the diagrams arent clear.

solder the bt wire ,
and make sure you got the pinheader right ,
