Last night i found out how to install
Unleash as my main dash on my
softmodded xbox's ( known how to do
it on a chipped one 4 ages ) but to
my supprise unleash has given me an
extra 2 gig on each one! Now all three
have F partitions on them!
P.S. i love the sortcut keys aswell
you can skip from one ap to the next
or from one emuletor to another
WITHOUT even seeing the dash!
HOW COOL IS THAT!

As i understand it i've been lucky
as both my softmod xbox's have seagate
hdd's in them (10 gig)
so in the unleash dash go to format
F
the default pass is Xbox (the first
x has to be capital!
then when its done reboot then fill
it up!
as for the short cut keys hold down
the button you've assigned somthing
to whenever you see the unleash logo.
as for making it your default dash
this has to be done in E:\
DONT TOUCH C:\!!!
find the default.XBE in your dashboard
folder and launch it.
just make sure that your default dash
loads ok.
Put Unleash & in this file & make sure that launches ok from there.
rename the default.xbe that was already there to olddefault.xbe THEN STRAIGHT
AWAY RENAME THE XBE that boots unleash to default.xbe
AFTER YOU HAVE
CHANGED THE ORIGINAL .XBE BE REAL
CAREFULL NOT TO LAUNCH AN .XBE OR
REBOOT YOUR XBOX UNTILL YOU HAVE
RENAMED THE UNLEASH.XBE TO
DEFAULT.XBE.
I had a scare for a second while
figuring this out, i renamed the dual boot and tried to get unleash
to boot from that.
i got error code 21 untill i popped
Splinter cell back in then re softmodded it
REMEMBER DONT TOUCH C:\!!!!
All i used to do this was boxplorer
and a cup of tea.

How can you tell what kind of hdd is in your Xbox if you softmodded it? I've heard stories of 15 and 20 gig
HDD's being found in stock xbox's.
but i know what would happen if you
try to get an F drive on an xbox with
no more space left on it.
one way to find out would be take the
screws out and see what it says on the
HDD itself.
