Has anyone had any luck finding brand new machines? Other than the Ebay theives selling them for 250.00 and up, I cannot find any retailers that have machines.
A lot of the stores I am talking to are saying they won't get any until January!!!
I have five orders left to fill for new machines and I have ran out!!
Any info would be helpful

I have called all my people in the business that I know and all are having the same problems.
I spoke to a specific retailer in Pittsburgh PA which is about 35-40 miles west of where I live and they are supposed to be getting a shipment on Tuesday.
They only allow one per person so I have to load up the car with friend and family. He can't tell me exactly what time the shipment comes, so I have to camp out there right before they open and throughout the day.
What a bitch this holiday turned out to be. I still can't get over what people are paying for non-modded xboxs on Ebay!

Exactly the same problem here, M$ have stopped making crystals again, and Everywhere is sold out, no shops have them, On ebay they are going for upto £200 (RRP £100), more than twice the price for a standard. I am getting desperate now

Luckily I posted disclaimers on my site about Holiday orders. I know some people aren't going to be too happy, but there is nothing you can do if the product isn't out there.
Hopefully, the store that I am going to on Tuesday comes through. I can find tons of refurbished machines, just no new. If this store gets machines on Tuesday like he says, I am going to buy as many as I can.
I'm ready to put on a ski mask and run into there and yell, YOUR XBOX'S OR YOUR LIFE!!

I wonder why noone wants them, my old roomate had one and its was okay. (just okay, nothing to call mom about)

My daughter is a Mario Kart Double Dash freak! She also loves paper mario too...
One nice thing about having the xbox she gets to play a lot of NES, SNES, and N64 games.
But, she still has a N64 and GC too. Yeah, she's spoiled. But it's too cool How many 7 year old girls do you know that have, Modded Xbox and Big HD" at the top of their list to Santa Claus? I could only hope to one day have a daughter say something so cute!
OK OK Ill admit, Metroid is cool too. It would be even cooler if the GC controller wasnt so darn confusing. Growing up with the NES and later generations Im used to buttons being in some logical order.
With Smash Bros I can at least be guarenteed that if I smash the buttons with the palm of my hand something neat will happen. I gave up on combos withthe GC a long time ago.
Spiderman was nice because the big red button did almost everything.
Give me an emulator with Zelda or Bomberman and Im set.
Cant wait for Dreamcast EMU for xbox to be done. Helluva Bomberman!

yeh im well annoyed I can't get crystals, they sold real well, never got stuck with one, only black ones now tho.
I may try a blue aftermarket case, blue lcd, blue led's etc on one, see how that goes

Yup, still nothing out this way today. Nobody has received any.
Granted it's expected, but you think MS would have been a little more prepared. What they should have done was flood the damn market so the fucking ebayers would lose money...Bastards....lol.
I am hoping my EBgames comes through for me on Tuesday. The girl at GameStop told me to call everyday at 9AM so I am. It's a little town about ten miles away. Was surprised they had the store there it's really in nowhere land. I am hoping they get at leat six so I can fill some orders. Yeh, you always get the ebay money makers, if someone on ebay had bought like 100 systems at wholesale and sold them for like £10 over retail, they would make loads and make everyone happy, but it's all about the money ain't it.

Well, I got four machines today..woo woo...
It's amazing what I had to go through to get them. I called my local EB Games today and asked if they had any machines, they said that they would have 10 today and 10 tomorrow.
I asked what systems they were, because there are some Halo2 bundles for 299.00 and I am not insterested in them. They informed me that they were $149.99 and then they said they recommend a warranty too. I blew that off, and said that I would see them at 10:00AM when they come in.
Well, I went in and the manager asked me what I needed. I see this guy in there four times a week. I get at least 10 machines from him, like he didn't know. I usually clean them out of their refurbs and new units once a week. I told him I need an Xbox and he said, sorry bud I don't have any. I was rather confused, so I said, "Oh, your shipment didn't come in yet"? He said that it could be any day.
As I was walking out of the store he added, "Oh by the way, if you do buy one when they come in you will have to buy a warranty and a game up to $29.99". I was shocked. He said that it's to deter the Ebayers from purchasing the machines. It took me all I had to not rip his head off. I told him, I give this store literally thousands of dollars per month, and you are going to force me to buy a warranty. I asked him if he ever heard of bait and switch? When you advertise something at one price, and then force someone to pay a different price. I showed him the EBGames ads, and pointed to all of his signs that display XBOX 149.99. I said nowhere does it say I have to buy anything else. I said, 'Here you are saying that it's the ebayers fault because they are taking advantage of low stock, and you are taking advantage of the other people who arent' selling on Ebay. You are making people who are not selling on Ebay pay a premium because you know they will.
Well, as I left in a huff and said he will never get a penny from me again he shouted, 'It's only for this week buddy". I couldn't help but to display my middle finger as I exited the store. And no, I wasn't insinuating that EBGames was number one!
Then, as I am sitting down on a bench calling other stores I see a woman fucking buying an XBOX!! Without a game I may add!!! I was hot! I immediately called my wife, picked her up and dropped her off at the mall. She was able to get one as they wouldn't sell more than one to her and they also tried to force a game and warranty on her, but she refused.
Luckily, I found three more from other stores and they happily sold me them without any issues. The bottom line is I am a consumer buying a product that Microsoft supplies them with. Whether I want to drop them off the top of my house, open them up and trick them out, or stand in the middle of grand central station and masturbate on them while singing deck the halls, it's my choice. Last I checked I lived in a country that allows me to do that....well, maybe not that masturbate thing, but I was just proving a point
