... yea i just wish i had read this post or even went to look for reviews on Icemanmods.com ... i just bought shit from there and paid for priority shipping... the one that comes in 2-5 business days... it's been almost 2 weeks and the order status on their website wher eyou check your order is still saying pending... IT HASN"T EVEN SHIPPED YET!!! (or at least that i know of) anyways, hope i get it... other wise i'm out of 70$

That is such fucking bullshit. Excuse my language. Most members know me of one who usually doesn't use too much vulgarity, but this kind of shit really chaps me.
Why the frig do these lame vendors even friggin offer priority shipping?? This makes no sense to me. This is so misleading. I have went through the same thing with a few other vendors and like yourself I have made sure to post it here. I also make sure that I post the good guys too. When I run into a company that goes out of their way to give good customer service, I shout it out.
That is also why I do my best to keep my customers informed. It's also another reason I don't offer expedited shipping. That is giving the customer the impression that it's coming faster when in reality it only means when they get off their lazy ass to send you your product it will get to you a little quicker.
I am very sorry to hear you are having problems. I have made a new rule for when I order from people I have never dealt with. I always email them first and ask them how long it takes them to ship once my order is paid for.
If it takes them two days to get back to me, I avoid them.
If they get back to me right away and say, after your order is processed your product will ship within 48 hours. I will email them back and ask, "how long does it take for an order to be processed". I also ask, do you list things on your site that you do not stock? If I cannot ship an item within 3-5 business days I do all I can to let the person know it will be delayed. Sure, everyone makes a mistake here and there. But some of these things going on aren't mistakes, they are standard business practice!
Hope you get your product soon. I'd be asking for a refund.

i did get my product finally (after 1 month) but now i have one to many because i went to xboxspot and got 1 there so if anybody wants 1 a blue underglow kit i can hook you up but it has a crack in the back of it see this is the type of service you get from icemanmod

I would log in and leave a shitty review in the review section, see if he deletes it.
It's a shame people like this can get away with it mind.
With paypal I just do a credit card chargeback, even tho they say you can't

it doesn't affect the light but if you look @ it with out the xbox on it you can see a small crack in the back .i having a real hard time thinking of a price for you could you make a led jewel mod with alot more lights in it or maybe i don't know you think of something

I tell you what, I can't really think of anything for swap, but if you want I'll give you $17.00 for it plus I'll give you my FedEx account number so the shipping doesn't cost you a cent
If that works for you, email me at sales@themodgod.com with your paypal information and I'll pay you today and in the notes of the paypal payment I'll give you my FedEx account number. Then all you have to do is fill out a ground bill at kinkos/fed ex or any other fedex shipping facility and put the account number at the top of the ground bill.
The only other thing that I have is a 12volt fan that has already been shaved off on the corners so it can fit into the current fan slot in the xbox case. It also has four very bright 5mm Blue LED's connected. The Fan is clear plastic so the blue light transmits through the entire fan and it glows nicely.
I know you're sucker for blue glowing things....hehehe. It's pretty cool. I have two of them and I promised one of them to another customer of mine, I still have to send it out to him.
Let me know if you're game. Either option is fine with me.

Davey i see how you claim you were ripped off, but in another thread you admit you received your item. And by the way paypal does not say anywhere we are fraud or hoeelse would we still retain an account? I am not sure of the exact issues of your problem, but im assuming it stems from my brother michael not sending you a underglow. He is no longer affiliated with Icemanmods, if you want for me to somehow fix the problem that might be associated with your receiving an uinderglow a month late please email me directly

Hey Marc, I e-mailed you 3 times. You still have not responded. I talked to you a few weeks ago on the xbox-scene forums about my ps2 and HDD advance cd. You told me to talk to Mike; however, now you are saying that Mike is no longer affiliated with icemanmods.com I placed my order ($182) on December 17, 2004. I have read all of your excuses. All I am asking for is a refund. I don't want to hear that my order has been "processed" because that's bs. I can go to my local EB Games store and pick up a ps2.
