I'm getting the green/red flashing light. But it doesn't match any problems xbox-scene has listed, I think. I was playing a multigame disc when in the middle of loading a game I reset the xbox from the controller. Only to have the machine go to blank screen, its happened before but I just cycled power and I was back on evox. But this time after cycling power it sounded like it was having trouble reading the dvd. It flashed green then goes off twice (never going solid) then it flashes green/red. After unplugging the xbox for 15min I was able to boot up normally and get the dvd out. But now it goes back into same flashing behavior without dvd in the drive. Should I be more careful when I hit reset?

I have the Chameleon with solderless adapter, and I haven't connected any optional solder points.
Just running one evox bios version 3935. Should I check/reinstall the chip?? How can I reflash the bios from Evox (if I can get it to fire up again)? Why is it not consistant? I'm opening it up tonight, but it hasn't moved since the install!!

Thanks for your time,
T

Hey,
I've had my solderless chameleon for a little while now and no problems yet and I've moved it around a lot. The only thing I can think of is that you might want to try the last version of evox. I havent heard to many good things about evox 3935.
If you cant get it to boot up again, you might have to purchase the programer and do it manually or there is a way to do it via your computer.
Good luck with this.
