i installed the chip using the xapter every thing lit up on the chip and switch but i did not get the flach bios screen all i got was the error 16 i messed with the switchs now no madder if its switched to the on/off it only does one thing error 16 well ok 2 things it flashes red and green if some one has a fix hidden in their belt somewhere i sure could use it

Do you have a the xecutoer programmer or are you just going to flash using the DVDROM??
I would personally remove the whole modchip and start again.. The modchip probably isnt sitting correctly.. But your close..
Steps you will need to do:
1. Install modchip
2. Make sure it boots to flash screen
3. Download a hacked bios (NOT A CROMWELL BIOS)
4. Flash new bois onto modchip
and yor done!
Ready to play AUTOINSTALLERS, BACKUPS EMUALTORS etc etc
