I just used the new Slayers Autoinstaller v2.5 and I must say it rocks.
You still have to edit the ini but that's not a problem.
I just installed a new 80GB hd and I used the autoinstaller to do everything.
I have it for anyone needing it.

put hard to get files on the XBOX-HQ VIP FTP guys..
this means if you lose stuff it will always be in the one spot.. (xbox-hq.com forums for your posts and xbox-hq vip ftp for your files.. )

Can I use slayers installer without a mod chip? I have the Pheonix no chip mod on it now. If i can, how big is the TSOP? Do I use the 256k bios or the 1MB bios?

You need a modchip installed so your xbox can boot UNSIGNED CODE (slayers)... If you dont have a modchip you could try a GAME EXPLOIT HACK but i dont support that type of modding yet as i have not yet done it myself..
Put it this way.. GET A MODCHIP!.. They are cheap and nearly anyone can install it for you..
Once you have it installed you can run slayers by burning it in NERO and putting it in your xbox along with all those backups you know you want to run in.
