Hey guys I've got a mystery for you
When I turn on my Xbox time to time it will give me a bogus IP address
instread of 192. something something something give me something ridiculous
Like 10 dot-to-dot something something
I have to play with the Xbox until I get a proper IP
And this happens every time it's shut off for long periods of time
I do not have a static IP and my provider does not provide them
Anyone else have this problem and were you able to solve it and how

Just need some clarification on this first before we begin
Xbox Type: OG Xbox/Xbox360/XboxOne/XboxOneS/Xbox1X
If its old type OG XBox what dash you running
What all have you tried.
Simple questions sorry just need to get info to better help bud and not have to ask the same things you have tried ha. Thanks i know we in og xbox but we get a lot of messages about other xboxs to on here just want to get a clear vision of where to start for you bud.

Yes OG Xbox Version 1.4 With Unleash XDash
Tried other dashes still have the same problem
It will lose the IP 192.16&.*. ***
will get this 10.282.*.*
I've tried changing setting at Router
Tried changing cables
Tired other dashes
Tried resetting the Setting in the Dash
