Hi, I wonder if anyone can help i'm new to modding xbox and I have just installed a 160gb HDD in my box but it only formated as a 120 gb drive.I wondered why is this and whot can i do about it. my xbox is a version 1.1 and i am using a executer 2 lite modchip. i used slayers 2.6 auto installer to put the drive in. To me it sounds like a bios without the large hard drive support. What bios are you running on your chip? _________________

You need to run a bios that has the LBA48 hack.
Also, I would avoid using a bios that ends in .67 because then you will end up getting a G partition with only 20 or so GB on it. If you use a LBA48 hacked bios that only supports 6 partitions all of your extra strorage that you are losing right now will be on your F drive with the rest of your memory.
