....
try reducing the usercount to eight a piece! (on client and server)
that video is sound and to the point, nothing more i can or will do!
my part is done!

are you using the correct cable? (or cfg?)
1, direct! if you have the computer and xbox linked to each other with NO intermediary/router, you'll need a 'crossover cable'...
2, shared network! if the xbox and computer are plugged into a router by their own cables, these would need to be 'direct cables'....
......
try another FTP client, flashFXP is okay for purposes (but quite shit and buggy) and easier to set up!
[edit]...
try using 'internet explorer'......
SPPV is the one that successfully helped out, he's the one you thank! _________________ to all my friends... farewell and all the best to future prosperity... and remember, be excellent to each other!

Its really simple actually. You need a RAM flush after settings are adjusted. Easiest way to do this and get a perfect result is to puit any of my boot discs (or make your own using Ux and edit the Network settings accordingly) Put it in the XBOX, turn it off and back on. When the disc boots and an IP has been assigned FTP in. Ux is very bad for this, as a Ux guy Ive personally had it happen a billion times and the boot disc approach worked most times. The few it didnt I ran my backup. Ava installed as an app. Ru it then FTP. If the 2 above approaches dont work then in my ex YOU BE FUCKED lol
As for thank yous, sorry Im unaware as to what I did or why I should be thanked. Granted I help a dozen or more people a day so usernames are a rorshart to me.

I was having similar issues. The problem for me was that my xbox was trying to use a static ip. When I switched it to DHCP it worked fine.
This all depends on how your network is set up, though.
