Seems my ftp client on my pc keeps giving me an error on the initial list, after the login. Login seems to be ok, but it won't list contents.
I'm trying to upload a DS emulator, and a few xbox games to the internal storage

can you give us more information? For example, what ftp client are you using and which settings you have. Have you tried to manually map a drive on your computer to the xbox using the standard ftp login info? You could test that. _________________ HQ Network:

If you aren't using it already, I'd suggest using the filezilla FTP program.
I've personally had problems with other FTP clients for windows or mac, so that's my recommendation.
It's been very easy for me to use, especially as a mac user.
If you have any problems using filezilla shoot us another line.

I'm still old school and running FlashFXP. lol
I think I tried using WinSCP for windows once and couldn't get on xbins. I then tried cyberduck for mac and had no luck connecting.
Once I used filezilla it was easy to connect to an FTP source.
Trying to use an FTP program for the first time in order to get on xbins was a bad learning experience.
Their automated banning software keeps you out for any reason and without telling you what you did wrong.
Hence I thought something was wrong with my client instead of it being xbins

Use this for XBINS Halofan. Trust me lol Its an FTP client based off Filezilla specific to Xbins. No install, just click it and it will connect you to Xbins. And if need be will run through hundreds of IPs, passwords etc. Banning doesnt work with this
It'll be nice to use when I decide to flash my 360 nand for Reset Glitch Hacking and need the flashing programs from their repository.
