Hey Everybody! As some of my recent topics have implied I am attempting a Stock HDD To SATA HDD Upgrade, Right now im just working on getting the SATA HDD Setup. Instead of setting up from scratch I thought it would just be easier to clone my existing stock HDD. Only thing is I have a newer hp, no IDE Hookups, I have a IDE>SATA converter but I was wondering, well this work with cloning software? If so whats the best cloning software to use (n00b Friendly please lol) ? Also if there's any tuts someone good point me to that would be great. Well Thats all for now! Everybody try to have a good day! Laughing

Chimp would be your best bet here I think. Chimp would copy all of the files over for you without you having to do anything. Chimp tutorial here: http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-260.html

If not chimp, you could always FTP all of the files from your stock hard drive onto your computer. Then setup the new hard drive and FTP all the files back. That would take some more work on your part, but i would do essentially the same thing.
