I don't see why it wouldn't work, but I don't see why you'd want to do it. You'd still only being getting componant quality out of the box. So unless your tv only has HDMI ports, I wouldn't waste my money on it. _________________

They do work but as Darth said you will be limited by the output from the xbox. It's kinda like those upconverting dvd players. If your output is only 480p your not gonna see 1080p with an Genie converter. You can get kits for xbox that output at 1080i
