dude tht sux.
well you know i'm always happy to answer anything if i know how to.ALthough I don't see how you admins don't go crazy with all these lazy people who don't read the Faqs, tuts, other posts before crying like little babies with their issues. I'm pretty sure that every issue that is being posted after 2008 has already been repeated atleast 500 times over. _________________

I beg to differ. I have been modding boxes since 2006. I learn something new all the time. Things that aren't clearly spelled out in the faq's, tut's or forums.
Example: I just figured out last night that if you use Sid to do a softmod, YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO BACKUP THE MS DASH FIRST. If you do an eeprom backup first, the softmod will not install. It will give you a "softmod found error". This is not in the Sid manual. I found a tutorial on the AfterDawn forums that stated you must do the MS Dash first, but not why, or the consequences. I ended up doing a hotswap recovery to rebuild the C drive and install the softmod. A royal pain that could have been avoided with a simple warning, or if the MS Backup was the first option in Sid, instead of the eeprom backup.
Please understand, I am NOT complaining. I love the work that has gone into all these projects. I wish I could do more. I am nothing more than a copy paste programmer who dabbles in things just outside my limits. It's the only way I learn; by breaking things.

just did sid 5.10 yesterday, did the eeprom back up first, then the ms backup.
worked just fine for me.

98% back to good guys and thank you all for the feed back.
@ Hobbs: 360 work out seems to be helping for the arm but killing the thumb.
