I modded 6 or 8 xboxes so far with AID and SID. The last one is acting a little odd. When I turn it on, it goes to a black screen. If I push the DVD button at this point, the UnleashX menu screen appears and all is well.
Can someone tell me how to get the xbox to boot to the unleashX menu at power on?

Try clearing out the cache folders in E,X<Y<and Z, and if that don't help you might want to consider running the install for your dash again.

I only had one, on E:. I deleted all the files there but it didn't makre any difference. It syill boots to a black screen until the DVD tray is ejected

So did you use the dule boot option when you installed your softmod?

yeh it definately sounds like he's running a dual boot..
All you would need to know is which dual boot your running and then you can find which file is loaded with the tray closed/or open..
