So I have a chipped XBox and my bro had a softmodded xbox. He wanted to upgrade the HD in his softmod but some things went wrong and the HD upgrade did not work and the original HD is not working either.

Is there a way for us to continue softmodding his xbox with a bigger HD using my chipped XBox? We don't have action replay or a memory card.

Your input/advice will be very appreciated!

Thanks

If you dont have a copy off the eeprom from his broke xbox then you need to put the chip in it and use that to get the eeprom from it or to do a one click softmod install with the AID disk. Wink

thanks for the reply Wes.

We tried to do the one-click install with AID; however, it doesn't boot up. we get error code 16 trying to boot up the disc with both drives.
