Can someone please help as i am a newbie at this i have a modded xbox my ? is i am trying to connect it to my pc to ftp it and put stuff on it but for the life of me i can not connect it in a ftp programe i have put in the ip address in the settings on the xp of my computer
172.16.0.3 thats the ip when i type in cmd ipconfig i get back i am useing a router on my pc witch is a cable modem with the rjack going into my router hope this is making sense
but i dont know how to set any ips up i dont know how to find my ip so i can put it into the feilds on my xbox and ftp software infact i dont know anything and its driving me nuts i have a netgear wn2000 router and broad band thats already set up its just the xbox i can not connect
cananyone send me a walk through to my eamil address or tell me on here my email is superman40@ntlworld.com i cant see if my ip on my xbox is in because i dont have it connected up to tv to see if its changed i have it connect to pc and having to keep taking it to a tv to change anything
sorry thios is a long ? but its driving insane not being able to do something

Did you turn off passive mode and enter your name and pass word as xbox?

i downloaded filezilla and used firewall and router configurataion test and this is what came up

If you are running a router you need to use the DHCP setting on your xbox and make sure you put in xbox for your username and password for the FTP app.
