Ok, Thank you to everyone who has helped me so far. I've really enjoyed modding my old xbox and getting so much use out of it. Never thought all this was possible.
Anyways, I keep running into a problem when I FTP n64 roms and other files to my xbox. I realized that certain characters in the names of the files were the problem at first, but now a few files still refuse to transfer. When I start the transfer, everything is ok, but at about 80-90% it stops and says that there is already a file in this folder with the same name and gives me options of what to do. I double checked and I never have two files of the same name in a folder. I think it may have to do with the file system but I'm not at all sure. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am using FlashFXP, btw.

If the name is to long it wont take it so make sure it is not some huge name, other then that i would just pull the files that are getting rejected.

if you use xbmc to ftp the roms then that automatically shortens the file names.
