i'm new to this modding think & don't know if i was banned or messed something up. i have the softmod 5.1 & aid with unleashx as my dashboard & 1.6 ver. xbox. i don't get no error just stuck in the ms dashboard at the xboxlive section(account mangement, new account & network setting) . it just stuck there can't go back or select anything, won't play game or aid but it do seem to try on power up but no success.
if anybody know something that might help me out please do so any info would be helpful. thank you

Welcome to the XBOX-HQ, we hope you enjoy this and all the other HQ sites we have to offer.
You will need to rebuild the HDD with xboxhdm.
If you went on live with a mod box i can tell you now man that it is banned.

that the thing i didn't go on xbox live with it but i did try update my xbox before i softmod. then after a few day with the modded xbox i go over to a friends & try to recover my account on his xbox360. played a few games then came home to see my xbox stuck like i mention. If u think thats what it is what should i do on rebuilding my hhd thnx.

If you try to do anything like make a new xbox live account or recover an account it will mess up your softmod. _________________

yeah i did make a backup but i didn't save it anywhere else it still on my xbox & i never setup a ftp but i do have another xbox not modded but the version might be different

If it wont boot anything at all and you dont have your eeprom then you need an eeprom reader or a chip, cant say it enough around here but "back up the eeprom folks".

i just tried again and i am able to play games but only orig. so should i just softmod it again i never delete the gamesave on my xbox

so far so good but my plugin are not working in xbmc

Yeah the plugin scripts are being a bitch, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling but it seems as they update the XBMC svn builds the plugin makers are not updating the plugins as fast.

i dont know how to uninstall them unless it just deleting them. also i would like to reinstall everything softmod & all. but do i have to unmount the c: drive to do that or whatever it might be just point me in the right direction.last but not lease after u bless me with direction's and i softmod & run aid one click installer it ask's me to do something like format drive or unmount c: drive or something like that what should i do.finally after i do this if i sign in to xbox live again on a 360 would this happen again.

All good on the dub post, keep that eeprom safe just encase and unmount the virtuel C with AID.
Look around the disk and find the option to restore the xbox to stock, and just re softmod.
Pop in AID and set things up the way you want them and no using the 360 on live should not effect the XBOX at all.
