Ahh... its been a while! I just bought my kid a 360 and I have the itch already. But! since I have an old xbox with Xecuter mod and EvoX dash which still works fine, I am curious about just upgrading the HDD in 360 for now. Anyone have suggestions on which drive to get and will the M$ bios support anything larger than 120gig?

Thats what I was afraid of. Don't want to chunk down $150 for 120 gig when you can get 1TB for that. I'm sure in a few months that Jr will leave it unattended long enough for me to hack... Thanks for the heads up.

Anyways you can't have a bigger HDD than 120 gig in a 360 because of the sector 16. The sector 16 from a 120 gig HDD will only allow 120 gigs of the Hard drive to be seen. This can't be changed because the sector 16 is signed by microsoft. So can you put a bigger HDD than 120 gig in a 360? Yes. Will the 360 see more than 120 gigs of the HDD? No. _________________
