call me stupid or just someone who overthinks but, could you use chimp to clone a hdd then DO NOT LOCK hdd, exit to shell and remove. Now open chimp in another softmodded xbox and go directly to lock hdd option would that not lock the cloned hdd to the doner eeprom???

I'm fairly sure you could do it that way.

You could also use chimp to clone the drive but not lock it, then use xboxhdm to lock it to the other eeprom.

Or you could use a mod chipped xbox and switch the eeproms out on that console and lock the hdd.

As long as you could boot chimp on the second xbox that you want to lock the drive with then it should work just fine.
