I'm thinking about reloading my Xbox today from scratch and I wnated to know what the trainers were. If I remember correctly they eat up a lot of space. Do I need them? What do they do? Thanks.

They are pretty much cheat codes. It makes the game easier for you by giving you auto aim on FPS, etc. They are called trainers because they make it easier so new people can train.
