Alright so, the tutorials section is terrible for actually finding information so, if anyone could at least point me in the right direction, that would rock.
So I have been trying to upgrade my hard drive in my already softmodded xbox. I had the standard 8/10gb hard drive on my 1.1 xbox. worked fine, I had some additional dashes installed as apps. Anyways, I wanted a big hard drive, so I choose a WD1200JB, easily lockable hd.
Well I backed up my C and E exactly from my original xbox hd, only removing my emulators/roms, the small things I can add later. I used xboxhdm 1.9 to make the ISO and format the 120gb hd. Everything goes perfectly, it locks np.
I boot the 120 up in my xbox, but it loads the MS dash. I still have the "blank soundtrack" and whatnot from the intially modding. I tried copying it, renaming it to the "<<EggsBox>>" thing, but no luck. I keep getting the MS dash.
Sorry for the wall of text but, does anyone know how I can fix this to boot up to Unleash? I do NOT have a modchip, memory card, or action replay. I did all my work by hot swapping (intially), and creating the 120 from inside my PC.

If you can unlock the new hdd and format it i would get a y splitter and use chimp to clone the old hdd to the new one.
