Hi guys im Garrett.

Im looking for some help. I got the softmod on my x box last night by using the files you have to download and my ARP. No i want to install the emulators. I went to the download section and downloaded them. My question is how do i get them on my Xbox? The ARP tell me that these are not a valid xbox save. Can you help?

Regards,
Garrett

Welcome to the XBOX-HQ, we hope you enjoy this and all the other HQ sites we have to offer. Very Happy

You will need to FTP the xbox to get them on there: http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-68.html

Did you look at the link?

IMPORTANT:
- if you are connecting directly from your network card to your xbox you should be using a crossover.
- if you are connecting from your hub/switch router etc to your xbox use a normal rj45 (cat5)network lead..

Are you using a router or right to the PC?

Are you set for static or DHCP?

Did you set your ip in flashfxp for the xbox ip and turn off passive mode?

Did you enter the xbox user name and password?

Check your settings in XBMC to make sure they are correct. I had the same problem that when I tried anything in XBMC I couldn't. I looked in the settings > Network I didn't have what I needed.

I changed the settings to what I needed and saved them. Ftp right in and did what I needed. Way faster than burning discs and trying to figure all that out. Very Happy

You can put them all on a disk with QWIX and put them on the xbox that way.

You can even play them from the disk as long as the disk is in xiso format.
