Ok my little bro got on my xbox and formated every drive is there a way to fix it i tryd to resoft mod it but i cant burn the files onto the HD plz help!!!! Games still boot up but there is no dash!!!

hi there! first post is it? is it a softmod or hard mod? if games are still booting and its a softmod try to boot auto installer deluxe, also known as aid i think the current version is 4.1, put the disc in and boot from off and see if that gets u anywhere. are backed up games still booting or are they just origianls?

it's a softmod but when i start the xbox without a cd it stays at the logo screen and cant boot saved games only cd's and i cant FTP any more and can you give me a link for the auto installer please

Sounds like you just need to reinstall the dash and here is the AID 4.20 link: http://www.aidtracker.com/

It comes with all the guides you need to set it up and burn it to disk but once you put it in you will see thats its really easy to navigate.

If your xbox will boot the AID disk it has an option to reinstall the MS dash and any mod dash you could want.

If it wont boot i hope you saved a back up of your eeprom so you can rebuild the HDD with xboxhd.

No if the drives are formated the eeprom back up went out with the rest of it and you will need to build an eeprom reader.

If you can boot the AID disk it will create a backup eeprom for you. _________________

Ok this torrent is slow how can i speed it up it's been 3 hours and it's just got to 52% and is a CD-r good for the aid disk??
