I softmoded my xbox the other day everything was working great, When I upgraded the hard Drive everything was still good, I noticed last night that when I clicked on games ,Apps Music, videos, it would go to a black screen and i'd have to hit the back button to get back to the dash, I Load afew game to the hard drive and it was working fine, this moring when I wake up the xbox just freezes at the T3CH logo?? I Can still boot a back up from the start.. any help would be great... I first installed Evo X then when to XBMC.... If i can just start over some how I will, I can't connect by ftp right now because i don't think it gets far enough to load them..

Get a copy of aid 4.20 and use it to rebuild the hdd and all will be fine.
You might just need to reinstall your dash.
