A Dell Desktop PC that I am trouble shooting has a messege that appears saying

"Auxiliary Battery Low"

What the heck is that suppose to mean.. The CMOS battery is going dead or what..

I'm taking it that the battery on the mobo is going dead. Install a new battery and it should be fixed.

Windows would never display a message that ur cmos battery in ur mobo is dying. The only way u can tell is by looking at the time. Every time u boot ur computer, it will have the incorrect time & date. Thats the most obvious culprit. If your time & date stays the same and is correctly synced then u jus have a stupid winodws error that means nothing. U can try removing that error by turning off the service in windows.

i had a dell 3000, the day my warranty expries my onboard audio goes out forever, i never could get it working again, so i bought a 5.1 creative audigy sound card, nice as hell, DELL SUCKS
