I hope someone can give me an idea to get me back up and going again. I softmodded my XBox a couple of weeks ago using AID 5. Im using Evox and I connected to my router without any probs. I was connecting to my XBox from a PC and using an FTP client to access it. Everything was great. But then I just 'had' to go and mess things up by exploring some of the softmod settings and I changed something somewhere.
Now I can't connect anymore. No matter what I do, I get the "No Link" status. I see the node on my router indicator light blinking when my Xbox is on. Turn the Xbox off and the light goes away. I've set the gateway, IP, Static/DHCP every way I can but still no go anymore. I don't know what the heck to do and it's really got me bumbed out.
Any suggestions? Please?

Welcome to the HQ russ, we hope you enjoy the site.
Set it to dhcp again and reboot the xbox.
If your hooked to a router that should fix it and give you an ip to ftp to.
