I'am surprized that you guys on the East Coast get to even talk about the differant Modding Website's we don't do that over here, meaning we are just not allowed to on the West Coast, do to Communist Rule.

And you do have a point here Reblecharm, but for personal enjoyment and not for the resale value of a Modded Console with loaded Video Games in a Public for Sale advertisement, with or without your Libary of the Original CD/DVD you can still find your self in trouble, now with a Modded Console without no Video Games for some reason this seems to be ok. For trade with a Game Console preloaded Video Games this appears to be ok to as well. It seems to be about the making a living off of a preloaded Game System.
I had been away for awhile do to the delema I found Coping my store bought Video Game and enjoying the Return Policy and getting my full money back, I found that I can get a full return on Used Games and not on New Games at a Buy and Sell / New and Used Video Game Store. I don't know go figure but sooner or later eBay will start selling Game Consoles preloaded with Video Games already on them unless you can find it in your Heart not to sell your Personal Libary or produce Modded Consoles preloaded with Video Games, I'll sit and wonder for awhile how to acheive this...........
Anyhow back to a lesson learned for the Legislative Congressman who is set on tring to mandate the Legalities of the CD/DVD Indrustrie(s) and what the Consumer Public needs to abilge by ..|. go stick it where the Son don't shine, you are SOL man the General Public has gotten throughly spoiled in the ability to be able to Copy the CD/DVD's.
BLU-RAY HAS DONE FOR THE ADULT MOVIE INDUSTRY WHAT PERENTAL CONTROL HAS DONE FOR ONES MENTAL UPBRINGING OF ONES CHILD, JUST THE OPPOSITE. The only one benifiting from Blu-Ray is the Adult Movie Industry, on my page meaning in my life, just yesterday when I found out that what some house wife had probably figured out already that if I let my kid Mod his or her Game Console we could get all the FREE Games in the world......go figure............? It will be shortly that I will find on AfterDark.com a software to burn/rip Blu-Ray as for now I can get a Fuji Blu-Ray CD/DVD for about a little under $300.00 or some sort of High-End for starting under $5000.00, I don't get this Mandating CD/DVD's the Manufacture promises so may to be sold anyway it is the redistribution of Used CD/DVD's that seem to have a sentimental value on them anyway.
And also why not work at any CD/DVD Store where you can be allowed to take full advantage of Company Infringments to where you as an Employee can take home a CD/DVD or two home at a time a return in with no fee's applied and while you are at it here is your pay check see you the same time tommorro, right. _________________ Support A Hard Modder!

Why would guy's like GameStop/EBGames send Used Games from the State_Overseas. Provide by the voices in my 5150 state of mind have given me insight into the awareness that Video Games that were sold in the United State and bought back by GameStop/EBGames whom recieved an overwhelming number of Video Games and decided to ship them out of the country, now after Sept. 11th we were to have tighten security and not allow even people to come in or go out of the U.S. and the shipping ports in the country had to go threw a policy change as far as what come in and what goes out, and what do other counties need with a already provided or promissed amount of games for sale in those countries that can provide there own Used Video Games for resale?
YOU CAN JUST ABOUT SEND ANYTHING ELSE ALONG WITH THE INITIAL DOCUMENTATION OF SHIPPING FRIEGHT, may be the insecurity of the United States lossing sales on what the Malitary Complex produces.
