HA I finally got FTP TO WORK!!!!!!!!! I have been at it for months and tonight was the night baby. My xp tower crashed a few days ago and I have been running fedora on it now, but I was able to FTP with my xp laptop!!@!!!!! It is like I am seeing for the first time!!! lol Anyone know how to ftp in Linux so that I can do it with my tower?? Also, I am not sure how to make the games for emulators run....I want to run dosbox and got the old app off of the old aid disk so do i just drop the exe files into the folder or how does that work....same goes for nes stuff. Do i drop files into roms folder or games or what? Hooray for FTP _________________ RastaCalavera

If you got the emu on the xbox just put the roms in the rom folder and thats it.

what is the difference between the emu folder and the actual emulator folder? Cause I have the emulators in the emulator folder but in my central desktop when I open the emulator folder there isn't anything there I have to go to system explorer to find everything _________________ RastaCalavera

Since you have not said i will guess you have a softmod.
Your emulator will go in E\Apps\Emulators, so lets say your installing the NES emulater it wold go E\Apps\Emulators\NES
Now the place to put your roms in is the emulater folder it gose with so it wold read E\Apps\Emulators\NES\Roms.
If you use AID 4.10 to install the emulater for you it will make the Apps and Emulator folder for you.
Then all you wold need to do is add the roms to the emulator rom folder it gose with.
Hope that helps man.

Easiest way to install emulators is to use Auto Installer Deluxe.
You can just make a new AID iso with all the rom packs you need already on the dvd.. Then when you use AID to install it on your xbox it will work flawlessly.
Its alot simpler then just ftp'ing files all the time.
