So basically your using a power splitter off the Hard drive to power up your new fans right?
Are you blowing air in or pulling air out? If your pulling air out what about the rear fan or did you disable the rear fan?
Did you add additional holes in your case to allow air to flow through or is it enough?
I was wondering if you used a connection off the stock fan could you use the XBMC control settings to adjust speed of the fans?
Also I noticed in the settings you can adjust hard drive speeds, idles, power consumption and fan speeds is there any benifit to changing any of those?
Sorry once I'm on a roll I just can't help myself.
Oh yeah what fans are those. Special Xbox fans or just something you found?

Yes i jumped right off the HDD power to run all my add ons.

The side fans are sucking air in to the side and the stock rear fan blows it out.

I did not add holes i just use the vents on the side and pulled the mettle case out of the xbox. (RF shield is just a toaster oven)

Stock fan only runs on 5 volts so i wouldn't go stacking fans on it.

All i changed in this area was the fans to run off the temp and not fan speed.
