I have been using my XBOX and sharing files with my computer for 2years I using the latest XBMC. Untill Now i build new computer and setup my network all going fine. I can use flashXP to transfer files to xbox. The problem i have now is I can not open files sharing from PC with XBMC . I can see the files. when i uninstall virus protect it working fine(i use kas and No32). I tried to add trust zone, add permission for xbox but still get the same problem. Anyone can help me out please.

i use nod32 and peerguardian when i have peerguardian on i cant do anything pretty much, have u got additional firewalls on? maybe kas has a firewall? im not sure what ur exact problem is cos im having a little trouble understanding ur post no offence meant!

If you use smb share you can get in there you just need to make sure you set the files and folders on the pc are set for network share.

Thank you for your times, I solved the problem by edit in registry. If anyone have a problem that can not open the files on xbox that sharing from computer try this:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\LanmanServer\Parameters
Added
DWORD value
IRPStackSize ( only add if it don't exist)
I put in the data value of 12
reset computer.
