hi,
I`m looking to set-up parental control on one of my Xbox but the setting isnt there, i`ve got the latest ms dash but `parental control` is missing, any ideas how to sort this ?

I dident know MSdash had them, what are you trying to do with the controlls?
Lock the box with password?

I know I've see parental control for the movies but IDK for other stuff on the XBOX. I think I saw something in the settings in the dash of Avalaunch or EvoX about parental controls. _________________

With xbmc you can do a profile lock out but i dont know if you can lockout by game raiting.

I dont let the kid play my xbox unless im with him and to stop him i put a small switch on the xbox to turn off the chip and unlock the hdd so it wont boot without the chip.

Nah, not with the M$ dash. M$ dash just has parental control for DVD play back but not games. Pending on how old ur child is just hide the power cable to the XBOX..............LOL _________________

Best bet is with xbmc and the profile set up, i think you can just lock it so thay cant play unless your there to unlock it.
