Is there not a pinned thread in the EMULATOR section to have the most up to date emulators?
I find that this would be a great resource for those who always wants the most up to date version.

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. Even though the most up to date emulator may not work the best but for those that want the most updated versions it would be good. _________________

Who is the person that would enable this posting and pin it?
You are right, the latest versions sometimes are not the best. All the better to create a pinned thread where discussion on this can be done.
If an admin could respond, I would greatly appreciate their insight on this.

I see that you do.
I guess I am asking for a better organization of this section.
Perhaps specific threads in relation to a specific emulator.
Otherwise, we are stuck with reading every post to try to find specific emulator related info.
. . . . I am just saying that with my experience in this section, I have found it difficult to research. . . but I digress. _________________ With knowledge, comes great power.

If someone wants to work on a basic list for now that would be fine guys.
We can pin or sticky the topic in this area for others to view.
There are alot of emulators out there though.
DJB might already have the full list of emulators since he always updates Auto Installer Deluxe with new emus etc.

I was on a dev site and they said there was work bein done for a DS emu for PC. I believe it would actually be very feasible to run it on a PC if they can get the mouse to act as the stylus. It will prolly be a while b4 the emu ever sees the light of day but I thought it was promising to see that they were at least workin on it. _________________

The pc woldent be bad at all, i took ripz to mean for the xbox.
With the DS on a pc you could even go as far as linking controlls to the photoshop pen.
The main limit wold be the games with all the action on the bottem screen.

Wow thats really interesting. . . I wonder who and how many people are working on it.
Actually, I was thinking buying one too. . . they look real nice and have some interesting games. (i.e. Brain Age and FF series) _________________ With knowledge, comes great power.

Yeah I'm pretty sure Ripz meant for the Xbox, but I'm sure that once the DS emu gets out for the PC they'll figure a way out to patch it so you can use it on the Xbox usin a mouse and keyboard, which is why I mentioned it, it'll just take time for em to get it right. Good point about the photoshop pen didn't even think about bein able to use it, that would be pretty bad@$$ if they added support for it. I'm not sure how much of a limit the bottom screen would actually prove to be but it could be a challenge to get it to work properly. It would still be fun no doubt though if it didn't work at 100%, I mean look at the PCSX emu it won't play any of the Final Fantasy games correctly, the batlle menus a f#$ked, but I still play them all the time and it doesn't really matter to me that it doesn't work right because its still so much fun to play. BTW wes I saw that you posted about the new Zelda for the DS bein alot of fun so I went and bought it I have to agree man it is an incredibly fun game. _________________
