So i followed the steps but i still dont see where im going wrong. I used the iso updater and put the aid 4.10 iso and than on the Rar file i put all the addon packs and than i click bak to add more rar and i added the update pack(not the lite) and i burned it on a dvd+r and it took a while but it finally showed up on my xbox but when i go into Mod chip installs and click on "startup with xbmc" it wont extract or nothing will work, so i dont know if i updated the file right or not, i even bought a dvd-r thinking it was the problem but my xbox wont load it. what am i doing wrong i have a 1.4 hardmodded xbox with smartxx modchip

Man i feel bad for you, you just cant seem to get the aid disc to fly.
DJB dose have an offer to send out copys for 10 bucks man and from the sound of it your spending more then that on DVDs.

the xbox doesnt even have to be modded if they dont mind you opening there xbox, that way you can temporarily put it in your xbox and test it.
If this is the case, you can always try to tweak the dvd drives pot screw. Theres a nice tutorial somewhere, but i wouldnt do it unless your familiar with small delicate electronics...
P.S. When i say small, in this case it is VERY small...i tried this once but i didnt trust myself enough to continue after i saw the size of the screw in person. _________________ Hotswap Tutorial|FTP Tutorial|HyperX Flashing Tutorial

Try using DVD Decrypter, it should work just fine.
